One of the guys at work is ex-military, and he really enjoys military modelling. He usually starts from a kit, but adds/changes/amends as required, depending on his research, to model something specific he likes the look of. Think he generally works in 1/35th scale.

Again, I stress that this is not my model, I was only responsible for taking the photos, which don't really do it full justice. Anyway, I hope you like.

I asked him what he did with the finished models and he said he usually gives them away, as they would only sit and collect dust if he kept them.
