What is everyones opinion on these models? Are they really highly sought after? Market values?

Some are very highly sought after, depends which one you have.

I thought they were the best model car kits available, but apparently they are crap in terms of fit, finish and...well, just about everything. From what I've gathered form various model forums, the newer ones are the worst offenders.

-Bugatti 50 T coupe de ville sealed.
-Alfa Romeo Dinner Jacket sealed.
- Rolls Royce Sedanca coupe Phantom II opened.
- Rolls Royce Torpedo Phantom II conv opened.

A couple more alfas and a couple of mercs too. Obviously depends on being in the right place at the right time but what would be reasonable estimates?

Thanks

I remember seeing a Pocher Ferrari Testarossa and, while being impressed by the size, finding myself somewhat disappointed by the fit of the parts. Pics in the thread below to indicate what I'm eluding to...

Absolutely terrible. Significantly worse than a 1:18 Bburago model.

Apparently many of the older kits had parts missing, and now they are no longer in production it's virtually impossible to find spares.

Maybe worth contacting this site, looks like they might buy them from you.

I bought the Testa Rossa many years ago.

Awful heap of junk which i gave away.... & at the time i considered myself to be an experienced model builder as i had built over 100 Tamiya & Revell kits all without any significant problems.

Still got most of them along with over 20 unbuilt kits which i do not have the time, or the space, to build.

SWMBO says they have to go. I say they say. Currently a battle of wills between us....
