I thought the self-appointed ‘Troll Hunter’ might be sophisticated enough not to have to revert to personal insults.

One thing is for sure, from the Clio197.net forum, regardless of percentages, those declared 71 gearbox replacements from just that active owners forum poll is very, very significant.

One thing is for sure, from the Clio197.net forum, regardless of percentages, those declared 71 gearbox replacements from just that active owners forum poll is very, very significant.

People can make up there own mind if 71 gearbox failures and 41 pages of heavy Clio197.net gearbox failure discussion since Sept 2011 is significant or not. I’ll stick with very, very significant.

Your 1.1% number has already been debunked and where does that moron definition of yours sit if you use those forum results? Own goal.

By the way, we are still waiting for you to back up your claim post 2010 gearboxes are modified. You made it. Back it up.

I'm sure you're right........ and just for the record, I just had a look at the Top Gear track times and the Elise Sport did it in 1:28 and the Clio 200 Cup in 1:34. A slightly different view on capabilities.
