Megane 250/265 wheels

I understand they need 5x114 however done understand the offset. Ive been told the standard offset is et67 however would a et45 fit without issues if it was an 18x8 and using a 225/40 tyre?

Jamie. If you read further up the thread, you will see that I spent ages looking for suitable after market rims and in the end, just gave up because the offset is so strange that short of spending megabucks on something like Oz rims, there was nothing else out there. In the end, I bought spare rims from Renault. I've sold my car now and the guy who bought it took the rims, but I know that he doesn't intend keeping them. They were completely unmarked, so if you are interested, PM me and I can give you his details, because a phone call could sort out your problems for less than the £800 I had to pay.
