Peugeot 206

Hi,

I have just brought my daughter a 3 door 02 Reg Peugeot 206 Lx. The gear lever seems extremely floppy. When in gear it feels like its in neutral and has even been jumping out of gear on the odd occassion. Is there an upgrade linkage kit or something, and if so is it easy to fit? Talking to the guy who works on my car, he says that it is how all Peugeot 206's are, but I can't believe they were like this from new?

I would appreciate some help on this.

i dont think there's an upgrade for them but new genuine ones are cheap enough and you should see a good improvement

oh and there easy enough to fit, just pop off pop on
