Cheap insurance advice

Hello all it my first post on here!
I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on insurance. I have recently bought one of my favourite cars a lovely clio 172. However I am only 19 with 1 year no claims, the cheapest insurance quote I have got at the moment is £1800 from elephant, can anyone recommend any over insurance company's thanks in advanced

Difficult at that age, I usually end up with Greenlight but I don't think they'd touch someone your age (I may be wrong). Adrian flux or Sky Insurance (not related) are some that are usually pretty good for performance cars but again, age may be the factor.


If it's any consolation I think I paid £1400 on a dCi Clio at 21... so if you get it cheaper than that you'll be doing very well.
