Peugeot 306 Dturbo Turbo Boost pressure help

Im wondering how to up the boost pressure on the XUD engine in my 306. I understand it is a diesel and not a performance engine however a bit more torque wouldn't go a miss. Is there a boost control valve?

Also are there any side effects to this?

I`m sure there is no adjustments,mind you a clever turbo man could alter things??

My advice is leave well alone,its an old engine and I bet its done a few miles.Start playing with turbo boost and things may go bang??

Google "Stage 1 tune 306" if you want to play with it.

We had this and a few other mods on our old 306 and it was on 170k with no engine problems when we sold it. Depends what state it's in really.

Oh, and you want a bosch fuel pump.
