Depends on the year but later ones with BCMs are very fragile and even the earlyer ons with relays and propper wiring to the switches are fragile ?

The garage couldn't find what's wrong with it, they even asked a Renault garage for help :/ I got a refund on the car, thanks for the reply though!

probably a bad earth or BCM issue, best giving it back TBH.
