I hope someone can help me before I put the car into a garage. My 1.5 dci grand scenic has had a slow starter motor and hot starting issues. I`ve replaced the coolant temperature sensor, I`ve had the starter and solenoid off and cleaned them. I`ve replaced the battery 300 amp fuse. The starter spins up on the battery whilst it was off the car. Now, after putting it all back together, it won`t turn over at all rolleyes I can hear a relay clicking when I press the starter button, could it be a fuse somewhere ? I`m now stumped, thanks for any ideas.

Ok, here goes, when the car had the problems I decided to put a new baterry and starter motor and coolant temperature sensor on. It also had a new stop/start fuse and a new battery mounted 300amp fuse. Eveything is fine except it will not start frown my lad has gone to get some easy start to see if that will get it to spring into life. If that doesn`t do it, then it`s off to the garage to see if they can sort it.

Yes, it turns over very well compared to how it was. I`m hoping it`s going to be a relatively easy fix.
