DS3 THP D.Sport Plus

Mrs Saleen is looking to replace her current DS3 diesel with the above, anyone here have one and give me an idea of real world mpg for them?

The current contender with it is a Polo TSi R Line

I use to have the 156thp in my RCZ, they are very economical belive it or not, driving normally you will see high 40's to low 50's on the motorway, on a mixed drive you should see around 40mpg, low 30's in town.

At what sort of cruising speed are you doing to return high 40's/low 50's? Mrs Saleen has a 36m commute to work mostly dual carriageway.

Mid 60's to 70mph.

[Colonial]

I get an average of 36mpg but that is half spanking it around town and driving it very enthusiastically on twisty roads.

On long highway runs (70mph+) I see high 40s without an issue.
