I must admit, do like these - For a quality drive, I can't not mod cars to improve them but I feel this one would be able to remain fairly standard.
Just interior quality is always a bit hit and miss frown

Cheap and good value though! Modern classic in the making I feel.

I have just ordered one of these - they are fantastic value and an absolute riot to drive! It is being delivered in April and I can't wait!

I've got a 265 after the dealer wouldn't match a Drivethedeal price I was looking at.

Perfect spec.
Cup.
Leather Recaro Seats
Climate pack.
18's.
keyless entry.
R Link.

I would also be interested in seeing a 275 in Mercury Silver. I ordered this colour on my car which arrives at the end of April - still have not seen it on a 275 yet....

Seen the belting lease deals on these. If i'd known earlier i would have got my order in. Saying that i need the extra cash right now so one of these just wouldn't be justifiable right now if i'm being honest frown Very gutted. Hopefully deals on these will crop up another time as i'll deffo be having one at some point in the near future!

I think these deals are to shift units as the new Megane has been announced, and an new RS will be coming not long after.

Damn...
Now seems the time to get one then. Might just wait till the 250's and 265's get a bit cheaper on the used market and just buy one. If i leased one i'd fear i'd never wanna give it back laugh

Just ordered a Titanium Grey CUP-S for early June delivery - added bits like leather Recaros, Nav + Monitor, rear sensors + camera, climate + auto lights/wiper. Glad I could stick to 18' wheels so will be fitting NS2-Rs straight away with decent front pads like PF Z-rated. If anyone gets a Titanium before me, feel free to post a pic !

Thought production was supposed to end late last year ?

No. They are still making it (hopefully!). I guess it might still be around for 12-18 months while they are finalising the replacement. They are discounting it very aggressively which is great news. £17,300 for a Cup-S.

Megane production has now stopped (for normal models) but RS production will continue alongside new Megane later in the year.

Where have you seen this price mate? Best I'd seen was approx £19k without any options like Recaro's etc.

Very cheap, in fact if you put in £1000 deposit, 10k miles and term to 24 months on a PCP it doesn't work out much more expensive than a regular lease over the 24 months, and gives you the option to buy at the end for ~11k if you fall in love with it, tempting.

It's one of those cars you fall for. I've had my 265 Cup since December and I'm completely besotted with it. Now are the plans to modify itbiggrin

Having had a look at that I find those numbers a little difficult to believe. If you enter 10,000 miles, 24 months, £1000 deposit, the Final Payment (GFV) is listed at £11,768. Is it just me or does that seem too cheap for a 2 year old RS Megane with 20k miles on it? Going by Autotrader values, could you not buy the car at the end of the PCP for £11,768, sell it for ~ £15k and pocket the £3200, which makes the whole venture come in at a total cost of about £3k?

I understand with the new model Megane being released it may push the values of these down, however if it turns out to be st, couldn't it actually slow the depreciation of these, as they're so well regarded. Lots of man maths here of course.
