2008 Clio door speakers

Hi all,
We have a 2008 Clio Dynamique 5 dr and one of the speakers has blown.
I have bought a replacement set, however, i was hoping to remove the door panel speaker grill to change them over.
After a bit of careful prising, it seems this may not be that easy.
Basically, my question is, can i remove just the grill but i'm going about it the wrong way or do i need to remove the whole door trim?
If its just the grille, any pointers as to how they come off would be appreciated. Its the model that has the silver trim around the edge of the grille.
