Are headlights compatible?

I am taking my Peugeot 206cc over to France for good and need to change the headlights over. It is easy to get ordinary 206 lights instead of 206cc lights, but are they a direct replacement?
Also, the car is a 2005, does that made it a mark 2?

All I can say is GSF are showing the same headlamp part number for a 2005 206 1.4 hatch and a 2005 206CC.
Why do you want "ordinary" headlamps? Your best bet is to wait till your in France and get the correct lamps for your model from a local aftermarket place.I bet they will be cheaper there.
