Car stuttered at 70mph?

Hi Everyone,

I was travelling down the motorway at around 70mph and the car started to feel like it was stuttering. I dropped my speed to about 65mph then accelerated back to 70mph, the car stuttered again but then went back to normal.

Anyone got any ideas what's happening?

Its a Renault Clio 2006 1.2 16v Extreme.
