Found a 182 trophy at a dealer. Tempted to see if a deal can be done. Especially after watching Harry metcalfe's evo diary.

Apparently it's had some body work at the front and doesn't seem quite right.

Try and find one for sale that's owned by an enthusiast as opposed to a trader.

Another option of course is to buy a run of the mill 182 and drop some decent suspension on it up front and a set of turini alloys.

It'll work out a good bit cheaper and end with similar results.

If I keep my 172 cup long term I'd be tempted to fit ITB's and a gripper LSD with some bucket seats and trophy front shocks.

If you can get the dealer to tell you which number it is (on a plate in the doorframe IIRC) there is a numerical entry for most of the cars on the cliotrophy.co.uk forum, which may give you a bit more info. You need to register to view.
