Anybody got a Dacia Logan?

Have a Sandero Stepway so basically same running gear. All last gen Clio gear, good as gold and great little workhorse. I'm assuming your talking diesel ? If so torque is ok(ish) but never got to set the world alight, but not mind numbing. I did Oxford to Knockhill and back in a day.
Drove all three Dacias
Really impressed with the duster and stepway. Not sure if the Logan I drove was ropey but of the three I would put driving experience last.
Also a bit boomy inside which I kind of expected. Would have bought it anyway but the sales guy didn't want to sell it.
Bought a Kia ceed instead.

I'm horrified how often I hear similar stories of sales staff not bothering (particularly at Dacia/Renault franchises), I went to three different dealers before buying and I have to say service went from 0/10 at one, 4/10 from the next and finally 9/10 at the last one.A bit late now, but I have a Logan MCV estate (2016). 1.5DCi engine. Long legged, so 70mph is 2000 rpm. 90mph is 2500 rpm. 60+ mpg, No VED.
Needs to be driven in boost zone, but plenty of torque. I have Lauréate spec with the sat nav thing. It's a bit Passaty to drive, but is at home as a motorway cruiser. Passengers remark how 'nice' it is inside. 600 miles to Brussels and back last week. 62 mpg.
Pretty quiet at 70 mph, Conti-Eco tyres make a racket on concrete M25 but smooth everywhere else. Some body roll, but feels well screwed together.
Cruise control, electric windows with Comfort Pack, parking sensors, electric mirrors, steering wheel controls for cruise and phone/audio, air-con, meaty sounding speakers, handsfree Bluetooth. It's all much better than you'd think. Annual servicing; £150.
There's a BlueSpark tuning box for £125 which gives car enough urge to be suprising to QashQai owners.
I like the car a lot, which I didn't think I'd say when I bought one as an eco-box. About £11K for a pre-reg Lauréate with metallic paint and MediaNav stereo. Main dealers sell pre-reg cars on Ebay. Nice in black. :-)
Traded an E 320 wagon for it. Don't miss the Merc.

It depends on the engine, the TCe90 petrol loses out to nearly twice the torque of the diesel. Logan is longer geared than Sandero or Duster, so needs more 'boosty' driving at 2000 rpm +. I'm normally a gear lower than I'd expect in the Logan for 'spirited' driving.
