Hi All

As above just wondering if anyone works for Renault? Specifically someone who might be able to oversee some warranty work or even just just make Renaults interest in the matter known to the dealership/franchise to make sure it gets done right?

Basically 18 month 8500 mile clio Trophy dashboard buzzing at various revs and drivers seat knocking. My 19 year old mx5 makes less noise!

I am concerned that if I embark upon this in the normal way it's going to end in me walking away worse off than before I.e additional noises and damaged trim. Or worse being fobbed off. Just requires some attention to detail and customer service and I think knowing Renault UK were overseeing it might go a long way.

Cheers

Steve

I don't belivhave there's anyone from RUK on here, I sell them but can't really help you.

You could join the renaultsport forum at www.renaultsport.co.uk as there are RUK employees there.

Thanks for that smile

I am on there but thought I would ask here as you never know. Had success in the past like this. Would feel better knowing a ph'er was involved!

When my Renaultsport Clio was still in warranty, I would phone Renault UK with any issues I had. They were always very helpful.

I am about to raise the issue but thought it might pay dividends to go in with some help. I've not had many positive dealer experiences over the years so presently I assume I won't get very far in terms of a satisfactory resolution.
