65 plate 308 - Creaking noise

Hello, last month I bought a 308 1.6 HDI.
It's developed a strange creaking noise when I turn it off.
It seems to last for about 15 seconds and doesn't seem to have had any effect on performance.

Hopefully someone in hear can point out what's wrong with it.

Is that creaking noise present for that time when stationary or just when driving in general?

Interested as a potential buyer for a 308 (T9).
