Ok I get what you mean Paul, but the reason I wanted sliders is because I can't use my window winders with the doors closed cause the roll cage is in the way so I wanted to get rid of the whole winder mechanism to get rid of even more weight. Drag the 964 out the garage and it's a deal
Quick update.
Was very close to securing a 1.6 this evening. With a minute to go on eBay it was £280, so I went all out and put in £600, convinced I would get it, but no. Someone must have put in a big maximum bid, ended up going for £620. The seller owes me a pint, if I hadn't of bid, he would have only got £280 for it! Gutted!
The search continues, have maybe found something promising though....
