Yes I really liked the look of the tan leather - and its probably more practical, too. I haven't ever seen one in that colour, but would like to see it on a white painted car, bet that would look nice, too...

P.s I seem to be averaging about 500 miles per tank (though I haven't gone so far so that the last section flashes) so I think it will do around 550 miles to empty, which isn't bad!

Reading this thread with interest as I think the C6 is a stunning bit of automotive design. I would get one in white if I could (always liked white cars - not just this 'fad' thing at the moment...)

A Dutch auto magazine road tested a white one and its on youtube. Enjoy (if you speak Dutch that is a bonus!)

Thanks for the link - I had seen it before actually, I think I watched every single clip and read every review of this car when it came out, and have wanted one for so long I even bought a picturebook, full catalogue and even a handbook to read through a long time ago!! What a geek!

Just cruised up the M40 in it, cruise control at 65, interior lights in 'blackout' mode, chilled tunes on the JBL stereo and not a sound from the wind or the road... just beautiful.

I think (hope) once the 197 has been paid off next year I'll be looking to switch to a 2-car option. 1 wafter and 1 for fun.

Still have not seen a white one on the UK roads (although I have seen one over in France in Toulouse - stunning on the road). In fact, have not seen many C6's at all (three I think in about a year...).

No probs... I love this car and now I have really settled in to it, got my seat right and had time to enjoy a couple of long road trips in it. I was planning on driving to Sorrento in it this week but the plan fell through... next month, maybe!
