Good afternoon gentlemen,

I have been looking for an early model Arnage T and have looked at a few nice examples. I much prefer the headlight treatment of the post 2004 cars but few seem to be available to fit my budget.

I have seen advertised a few cars that have been converted to the newer headlight design and I wondered if anyone on here knew who does the work, what it costs and roughly what it involves.

Has anyone here had it done?

Don't waste your money, the ones that I have seen are not very good and the 05MY cars are dropping in price and can now be had for less than £40k. You'd be far better waiting until they come into your budget than buying an earlier car and having it converted. The 05MY cars also drive a lot nicer than the earlier ones as they seem to have a better build quality.

Thanks for the advice to be honest that is the feeling I got too. I suppose waiting a few months for the right car won't hurt me.

A good friend has face lifted his Arnage. He needed a new offside front wing after a non fault accident. He bought a second hand neasrside front wing and with the money from the insurance company it was all done and dusted. Colour match would be my biggest concern but as this car had to be painted anyway it was not really an issue.

Dear sirs,

I'm living in Hong Kong and just bought a 99' 4.4L green label with under 40,000km on the clock. As my car is still in very good condition in and out and I'm therefore want to conduct a post 04 facelift conversion here in UK. Would any gassing station member please let me know the budget cost and better still recommend a competent garage (preferrably nearby Longon region) who can proceed the conversion? I don't really need a 'T' conversion with side vent, an ordinary conversion will make me happy already. Many thanks.

Y.W. Lau in Hong Kong.
