Bentley Continental GT Sound System

Hi there,
Very newbie but hope someone might know or be able to help out!
I have a 2006 GT and from the minute I bought it, it has had two problems that two main dealers have dismissed as normal so I am resorting to trying to sort it out myself.
Firstly, the radio tuner is just hopeless! When driving around, nowhere specific, the tuner won't auto re-tune to keep up with a national radio station (BBC R1 or R2). This is not new technology is it! Does anyone else have this problem at all? Does anyone have a solution?
Secondly, the sound in the car is lacking depth and I want to get a sub fitted or something to broaden the sound but I have spoken with Naim and they won't touch my car unless it goes to Bentley, which I don't fancy doing with their hourly charge and margin! Does anyone know of a reputable aftermarket audio company who have dealt with Bentleys at all?
