I have a few questions guys which I hope you can answer and your opinion .
I am presently out of the country and my car has been with the garage since 23th March this time and I intend to remove it from the garage repairing it on Thursday.
My origal request was for a service and tosolve the problem shown on the dash Airbag and management system light shown.
The garage has had it 3 other times for the same fault shown up and each time there say there have fixed it now there want paying again to replace the mat and and another thermostate the delay been one there are waiting for this special part and them contacting my warrenty company to bleed more money fropm them.

What would you call a reasonable time to locate and replace an airbag mat on a Bentley ArnageT.

Is there a diffiulty in locating airbag mats.
I beleive I have been very very patient as there had put some 500 plus miles on the car when there should of been some 90miles max and had the gaul to send it back with the tank shown very low to empty though it was full when there took the car and which I did not receive a explanation just a pair of cuff links ( made in China) and a book on the history of bentley.

I intend to take the advice from Mullaner but would like the answers to the above prior to removing the car.

thanks in advance

Almost 3 months is far too much time to sort this out, not sure why they would need to do 500 miles to test something that can be tested whilst the vehicle is stationary!

As per the other thread concerning air bag / seat sensors. One post on PH, generated a response from John B that he could replace them, I'd suggest that most specialists will be able to make similar statements

If it were one of my cars, I’d have a transporter take it to the new specialist (John B) ASAP and simply move on smile

Replacing the air bag mat is a job that takes you about 3 hours, if you haven't done it before. Not 3 months.
