anyone recognise these?

Just trying to sort out some of the glassware in the house, we seem to be floating in the stuff as my grand father was director at royal doulton for 20 odd years and he brought boxes of the stuff home.

I've been told these were sample decanters to go in Roll's and Bentleys in the 60's and 70's, does anyone know if they were actually included in the car sales or not?
