Turbo R Trac Switch

Hello ... new member and owner of a 50K-series R. As a DIY'er I've solved a few quirks. One persists: the traction control toggle switch does not illuminate any dash message. Switch illuminates with headlights but that's all. As if someone disabled ability to switch trac off to prevent hooning and whatnot. No error messages either, and trac appears to work OK. What relay or fuse could replicate this condition?
