Silver Seraph Help Needed

Hi All,

I've recently become the custodian of a Rolls Royce Silver Seraph and would like some help with the fuel cap. It opens upwards but doesnt stay there so im assuming there is a part missing. Does anyone have access to a parts diagram so I can work out which piece is missing? Thanks in advance.
