Looking to buy a S5 2010 (V8 model) which will typically have around 50k on the clock.
What kind of gremlins can I expect to pay for over the next 20-30k?
I'm in the US but assume a U.K. Car will be much the same.
Thanks

I have a 2008 model with 75k on the clock.

I know it has had a headlight self adjuster replaced - it cost about £800 as the rear axle had to be removed to do so!!!

It does have a bit of a whine coming from the rear which appears to be the diff.

It also has an increasingly loud clutch release bearing.

Thankfully I am under a very good warranty which specifically covers the tw items above - even covers the clutch plate. I intend to get these issues looked at before the warranty expires.

Having done a bit of research before I got mine, there does seem to be an issue with the clutch, but other thn that, they appear to be pretty good on reliablilty.

I have a 2009 S5 with 40k miles on the clock. I have owned it for 5 years now. To date I have had no issues with the car.

In the summer and extreme heat the windows squeak when going down. A bit of grease on the rubber seal sorts them out.

Is it for sale?
