Was the recreation completed??

The recreation is progressing very well. The body is being put on at the moment and the car should be finished sometime in 2013 or early 2014. Power is sufficient ( A wee bit more than, if the truth be told )
and the car is a fabulous perfectly executed work of art.

Its a great project. Looking forward to seeing its progress. I am going up to see the recreation of the 1935 Bugatti Aerolithe which is almost finished now, with a completely magnesium body. I will spend some time photographing it properly in mid January.

In Canada...original type 57 chassis,engine and running gear. The original car was destroyed in 1936, though it had a single road test...

I did some info on it in the thread below. Will update when I see the finished car.
