Cooper 2002 MOT Query

Looking to buy a 2002 Cooper which has 12 months MOT but with 2 advisory. Just wondering if anyone has an idea as to what each item will cost, more concerned about part 2 as I have sourced a new exhaust.

1. Rear (backbox....outer) exhaust has part of the system slightly deteriorated
2. Front lower (arm..backbushes...both..near side & offside) suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement

I have had the rear exhaust slightly corroded advisory on my 2002 RCS for nearly 3 years now. Still going strong. Got a quote from Scorpion for a whole new system for £395.

Don't know about the suspension components though.
