Have a 53 plate Mini Cooper on which ive recently had the lower suspension arm bushes replaced (they were completely shot the arm was moving about) since then the car has developed quite a loud bang/clunk when slow speed manouvering or slowly going over a speed bump. When at normal driving speeds i dont notice anything and car seems to drive fine.

i guess its something that having the dodgy bushes was hiding and replacing them has shown up this fault. Any ideas what this may be?

many thanks

That sounds like a knackered drop link (assuming Minis have them) but something wrong with the work that's been done is more likely.
