The club van is one of the best mini variants BMW have come up with. I look forward to seeing the photos of you new vans

From that link to the ACS website the warranty changes to two years:

"AC Schnitzer warranty: 2 years from date of first registration up to 100.000 km (M-Models 2 years up to 60.000 km) on all components excluded by BMW AG. Optional extended warranty for a 3rd year from date of first registration is available. Please consult the price list"

Nice, are you going to get it signwritten?

Any photos of the load area?

I dont intend on getting it sign written, as I work under contract for lots of customers, and I cannot then attend their customers advertising my company. I am supposed to be representing the company I am contracted with.

It was full of stuff when I took these photos, so I dont have any of the load area yet, but when I next empty it out I will take some and post them.

Sorry for digging put an old thread.

Bholleran that's a lovely clubvan.

I had a test drive the Clubvan today. It was a Cooper D. First thing I've notice was the lack of NVH from the diesel engine even at start up. The engine feels strong and pull nicely though the mid range but do tail off when extended towards the top. Non the less, it suit the car/van very well. It also changed my mind of having a diesel rather than a petrol.

Driving wise, it's same as a Clubman, it feels more sure footed than the gen1 New MINI I had, but do trade some of the playfulness a MINI should have. However it still top of the tree(Van) in terms of handling.

Being a Van the load volume is a major deal beaker. And the load area is fairly small even compare it to Caddy or Connect. The lack of width and height are the issues. So try it out before you buy, and my dealer is quit happy to loan the car out of over night/weekend test drive.

What a coincidence. I saw my first one on the road today. Signwritten with DPC (I think) on the side, heading north on M6 (Cumbria, IIRC) as I was going south.

I see you around B/R a lot too, i almost spoke to you in the new Sainsbury's fuel station once!
I drive a black sprinter, i will flash and wave next time.
We were going to buy a clubvan, but it was not fit for our needs in the end!

Quite a difference between Clubvan and Sprinter... hehe

319CDI! I followed one of them the other day, instant envy from my 313.

What are Clubvans like in the back? Ply-lined, or just like a Clubman without the seats and a boarded over rear footwell?

Good point! got a Fiesta sport van too, it would of replaced that!

O yea, buy a big one i say yes 319 auto its not bad, but not so good on diesel! 340 max miles to a tank or 290 if driving spirited!
