Retro applying TLC pack??

Looking at buying at Countryman Diesel for the missus and the trader didn't know whether it had TLC pack. He's going to call us back Monday but if it hasn't can it be added afterwards??

Car is a 12 plate with about 15k miles on it, and has a full history.

Would be very odd if it didn't, also the trader only had to contact a Mini dealer with the chassis no. and he could of told you ?

Yep, thought as much which is why I don't think it has... Was a bit late in the day on a Saturday so will see when he phones back. Was an ex-demo too so would has thought the dealer would have sorted.
