Passenger door not unlocking

Just taken delivery of a 2003 Cooper S and the remote unlock only unlocks the drivers door and boot, not the passenger door
Is this something broken/stuck or is their an option to set it this way? (eg some combination or buttons being pressed that turns this 'feature' on and off)

Sounds like the door actuator, a common problem on 1st Gen MINIs (I've had to replace mine twice).
£50 gets a brand new OE one, £20 gets a used one (I'd advise on getting a new one, the used one I bought broke 3 days after I fitted it
).
Simple to swap out if you're ok with a set of spanners, takes about 30-45 minutes.
