Jesus Christ you have gone to town with your GP! I've had mine for 4 years now and have no plans of ever selling her.

Obviously I have fairly heavily modified mine - basic stuff like Porsche brakes, KW clubsports, proper wheels and tyres etc etc.

I was drooling over your list of mods and wondered where you got all the work done as I'm keen to carry on with my project but I've not found a specialist tuner who is that passionate?

Hi mate - speak to 1320 MINI, Sussex Road and Race, Lohen, Milsys Autos and maybe SWSS MINI depending where you are based. 1320 just come out a nose ahead in my view and they are very skilled engineers - difficult to get hold of but it is worth persisting. Lohen are a slick operation and are good for the more bread and butter mods (non bespoke stuff) and have a great web shop. Their prices are pretty high but the after sales support more than makes up for it when something goes wrong. Jason Mills at Millsys is a very skilled mechanic. Sussex Road and Race are too and they won the MINI Challenge a few years back so they know a thing or two about these cars. Take your pick....

Cheers for all these contacts, I'm based in Sussex so very useful indeed! I've been using Mini Motorsport Centre in Shoreham to do all the work to mine, but its good to have a few other enthusiasts on hand...

No worries fella, happy to help. Have you joined the GPOC forum and Facebook group if you are on there? They are good resources and you can get info from other owners plus find about events etc.? If you are on Facebook and want to join then drop me a message as I am an admin on there and can add you straight away.

There is also a MINI Hindhead Tunnel Run and Breakfast being organised for next Sunday if that is your sort of thing.

If you know the guys at MINI Motorsport Centre (Tony?) then I'd be tempted to stick with them - what they don't know about MINIs almost certainly isn't worth knowing, or so I've heard!

cheers

Mark

Yup Tony is certainly handy and all the work he has done has been spot on! Just gone on the Facebook group and will check out the forum.

Is that this Sunday? Bought my MINI from the guys at Hindhead.

Cheers
