R56 Cooper D Seats

My 2009 R56 Cooper D seats are a little bit rubbish. I drive a long way each year (30k) and the seats aren't a patch on my last car's (Skoda Fabia VRS).

Is there a reasonable upgrade/swap than can be done to offer a better seat, something with a bit more shape and support?

have you got the standard or the sport seats (chili pack)?

I've got the latter in my 57 plate one and find them comfy even after 90k+ miles.
