The Mrs has a black Mini One. I've put one mirror caps on and white bonnet stripes. It looks good.the roof has a number of scratches that I've failed to mop out. I'm considering a white gloss wrap for the roof only. This will be much cheaper than painting and hopefully give the same result.

Anyone done it?

Any drawbacks?

I'm guessing around £100?

I could be interested in this too.
My Black Eye Purple JCW is single colour and the roof is a bit sad looking and I was having a similar thought.

A common mod to Lotus Evoras and the results are pretty good. That said the costs involved have tended to be pretty similar to spraying the roof. Most owners doing this only opted to wrap it so that it could be reversed if required at a later date.

I would be surprised if it were £100, essentially it is the same process as armourfending a car and my (Evora) front bumper cost £450 + VAT to get wrapped.

Bonnets on most cars cost about £100 I would be surprised if a roof was more than £150, although hey don't always look perfect as the edge of the roof curves quite alot.

I've had it done to many of my customers vehicles (MINI's).

From memory it cost about 300 inclusive of VAT.

The company were extremely reputable in the area, they stripped all the seals etc and there were never any bubbles or creases or anything of that nature.
