Can painless dent removal fix this?

Someone helpful and considerate has hit my wife's mint Cooper S hard enough to dent as pictured. I know these cars are awkward to access via dent removal. I use a great guy who hasn't yet got back to me re fixing. It's just above the rear wheel arch, paint unbroken. I'd guess caused by a trolley.

I'd say no as its so close/on top of the edge of the panel but I'm not familiar enough (yet) with Mini's and the inside wrap around of panels.
