2011 JCW Upgrades

My wife's JCW has done 14000 in almost 5 years
Never pushed hard - home to gym and back most days
Buying her a new one
But fancy keeping this one and tweaking it
Where do I start ???
Apart from googling performance upgrades
But recommendations help

Decat front pipe, itg air filter, improved front intercooler and a remap for the engine, coilovers to lower the car adjustable control arms and top mounts to adjust camber, stickier tyres etc etc
