The Countryman All 4 has some negative camber anyway, if a Cooper S it appears to be more significant

Going from -2.57 to -3.00 is nothing, taking equipment off a car that has just been set, driving around the block and checking again at the same place will usually show similar discrepancies, the same happens with wheel balancers fyi.

The pictured tyre is reasonably close to the 1.6mm wear bars so maybe 3mm remaining? The car had toe out at the rear, which was corrected, but what you can't correct is the pattern that a tyre has worn to prior to correction. The tyre will continue to wear in a combination of established wear, and expected wear. Really, you can only take a fairer assessment from the way a new tyre will wear. Also worth considering is the wear differences with or without an alignment error and costs of additional tyres over a period, and consider if you wish to spend money investigating or renew more tyres.

Getting the car right is the best practise, but many would just be aware, check the tyres often, and renew before the same occurs again.

Not all Mini's have adjustable rear camber. The R53 pre face lift doesn't, the facelift does, as does the R56, however this car is a totally different model.

The alignment pack is probably still able to serve it's purpose, as they can still check it, and as with many models, adjust only where there are adjustment points.

Sometimes when adjusting toe, other readings will go out a little, which could explain the increase in neg camber here, but with the driver saying the car has been over a few bumps it is possible that something like an upper rear control arm is bent, which is probably a cheap enough item, even if you don't want to fit a new one you can check the length against one from the other side, well a workshop can easily enough. Take the arms off and if the bolts don't drop cleanly through the arm bolt holes, you can see the issue, expect the top arm to be shorter if bent. Also this may appear minor, but will be exaggerated considerably at the wheel.
