MINI Convertible 1.6 One 2dr. What to look for?

Following the untimely demise of my wifes Zafira, she has found a MINI Convertible 1.6 One 2dr in budget that I need to go and look at. I've done some cursory searching for common issues, etc. but would greatly appreciate a view from the good people of PH.

I have a OBD reader that I use for my car so plan to scan for faults.

Checked MOT history and the only advisory on the last 2 MOT's was direction indicators discoloured on both sides.
