Picked it up yesterday and I'm loving it!

Great fun and goes more than well enough, can't see it needing any more power.

It's got a few bit on it I didn't remember either like Cruise, voice activation, auto headlights and wipers.

Happy days!!
cooper s and lambo
sounds familiar biggrin

have you got both in grey? wink

i was really tempted to go down that route : grey mini with all the alcantara and cf options
ended up with metallic black, no stripes, really understated. might just wrap it temporarily with something silly as and when the mood takes
as you say, bloody brilliant

One question, is it possible to swap the date format over?

At the moment it's in mm/dd/yy rather American, I prefer good old British dd/mm/yy
With the ignition/engine on:

Use the left stalk button to select SET/INFO

Press and hold button.

Cycle through until you reach SET (the one with the 'measurement increments' icon.

Press and hold button.

Cycle through to date format.

Press and hold.

Select date format.

Don't press anything for a few seconds and the display will change back to the top menu.

As you can see - changing settings with one button can be a PITA!

The R56 is a cracking car IMO which is based on my experience mainly with hot hatches. Punchy, with good handling and I'm currently seeing over 43mpg over the last 800 miles. Add in £115 per year road tax and 5 yrs servicing for £200 and I really don't know what I'll change it for.

No, Lambo is white, the last Lambo was grey mind.

But the X5 and M3 are both grey, and you can have too much of a good thing, the drive was looking a bit monochrome, so I was absolutely determined to have an actual colour, hence the red.

Fun colour and with the black stripes suits the car I think.

This is my problem (though currently have a JCW so mildly off-topic!). I've been looking at other options but for me there just isn't anything else around at the moment which offers the same blend of performance and fun with reasonable running costs.

Bit of a 'it's a small world' post here, but saw your car aty John Clark's on Friday.

Congrats, it looked fantastic, and was actually my reason for popping in as I'm looking for something similar.

How did you find the dealer? Secure a decent price?

Cheers

Very happy with dealer, we also last year got a mini one, which we still have from them, great trade in price so didn't haggle, doh I know!
I've since seen the main Jc website where you can submit offers, happy hunting.
