I'm ready to install the disc brakes on my classic fiat 500...

I know it's a bit of a long shot, but I'm living in a flat in Maastricht so haveno drive space. I got told off for doing a carb rebuild / tune in the local Q-park so I really need somewhere else.

Does anyone know where I could rent a workspace for the day? Or possibly have a drive way / garage in exchange for a crate of beer?
