Morning V10Mike.
Oil change aside, you could give Alan Slawson a call on 07831 163158, he's the chap who rebuilt my diff and a few others on Keebles, he might be able to advise you better or at least tell you the chances of making the trip. Hope it helps and best of British!
Thanks for the tip -I've spoken to Alan, he suspects the pinion bearings. Advice is to change the oil, drive gently and pray!! I may be lucky.Oil change aside, you could give Alan Slawson a call on 07831 163158, he's the chap who rebuilt my diff and a few others on Keebles, he might be able to advise you better or at least tell you the chances of making the trip. Hope to see you at the weekend!
Good luck Mike, was trying to wait until the weekend for the big reveal but just got these and I'm really pleased with the colour and windscreen fit, felt the need to share it.
Long way to go yet, one way ticket booked to collect it at 4pm tomorrow so that's decision time. The guys are on it until late tonight.

Well - it was an excellent day yesterday; for those that couldn't make it:

As I said, so close:
Windows all now working, thanks to GK52s Dad. Hoping to do the big reveal at Goodwood pre '66 Throughbreds on 3rd August.
Big thanks to everyone involved in organising the weekends events, fantastic to see so many GKs and great to meet so many owners although sorry to have missed a couple.

Hi everyone, another one of my favourites at the 50th was no.45 once owned by my friend Charles Wells,I think Black suits the Keeble very well and if I was not going for Italian Red this would be the colour.Present custodian John Moodie was very friendly and welcomed my questions. The uprated engine though not one for purists is a chevy that just shouts Power!I for one could not believe the interest there was shown in our cars, the amount of people that told me they actually wanted a Keeble really surprised me.Such a shame only 100 were made.

So Mellow, Any more pics with your blingy new wheels?
Been out of the country but hoping to collect it first weekend in August. Charles inspected it a couple of weeks ago, when he was in the area, and gave a positive opinion. Can't wait to get it back, hoping to get to Goodwood Pre 66 Thoroughbreds and Open day, more photos then.Mellow Yellow said:

Belting hot day and climbing into a car with vinyl seats while wearing shorts reminded me of my childhood in the 70s and the trauma of getting into a school friends Austin 1300. Strangely a very similar pale blue also.
It's a rather wonderful car for rolling into your local pub for a pie and pint on a day when you should be in the office.
