Hi folks - just looking to identify this car. It looks to me a bit like a Gilbern GT with a Prototype front end on it. Or it could be something else entirely! Can anyone help? Cheers Mark

Hmmm don't think it's a Gilbern ... looks more like a Tornado Talisman ...Chris

It's a Peerless, 1958'ish  Basically Triumph/Standard 2 litre running gear, Later called Warwick there's a connection somewhere with either Gordon or Keeble, quite a rare beast, also raced at Le Mans

It certainly ISN'T a Peerless. Wrong roofline, Peerless never had chrome bumpers, front end completly different, etc, etc.
Don't know what it is though. And, yes, I do have a Peerless!

Turns out it was a Ogle 1.5

If that's the back of it in the middle picture I can understand why you were thinking Gilbern. It's very similar to a Gilbern GT.
