Restuarant help - Florence

My wedding Anniversary is during my holiday in Florence this year. Just looking for somewhere nice. If it's michelin starred fine or if it's a highly recommended trat on a back street fine. Just somewhere nice, with good food that I can take SWMBO.
We usually go to the Palio on the day of our anniversary but might give that a miss this year so any recommendations for a nice quiet day out appreciated.

Don't know if it still exists, but there was a wee trattoria called Il Caminetto which used to be superb. Worth checking to see if it is still there.
Italy needs every bit of tourist help it can get I think as by all accounts it is truly flat on its arse . . . . . . .
