Sagging car seat

I have a 90s Lotus Elan with a decidedly saggy driver's seat. Any Daventry/Northampton recommmendations for repairers?

if you look underneath the seat, is it the older style with two lateral wires clipped to the black seat frame with a dozen 30mm clips ? and have by any chance a few of those clips broken ?
