Guess he'll bring the van.
2.5l of diesel power.
(Can't take piss as i only have 1.9 diesel)
Actually despite my initial dissapointmet it's a good van.
And once it's had the Justin treatment will no doubt be quite quick too.
Should be good for at least 225hp, 1.9 good for 200.

In a van..............

If you need a van, get a Mini van! Hee hee!

Is he going to go for an A-Team look? Hippy van? Ice cream van? Who's gonna supply him with some neons? Hey! What about adding some bling colour like that sad white van at Ashby Folville a few of us had the pleasure of taking to pee outta?! Ooooh the options are endless, almost makes me wishing to obtain some stinky diesel powered rust ridden heap... Nope, sorry, 'almost' wasn't developing further!

Hail the van driver Justin! Coupled with being a scooter rider he really is a terror on the roads now, I can see a new business in delivering fast food happening...

Need to wait for the V5 to be returned before taxing it first!!
Its going to need lots of work, but just finished buying stuff for it for the evening..
Those horrible wheels are going to be the first job to go. I have to be a little sensible as its going to be "proper work" van, so oil change and serviced all through first. Then a TDI tuning box Berg! Its intercooled too.

I can feel the need to bring the 50cc scooter on Thursday, and get Stephanie to ride it, she can ride, I have seen her.

I know she is going to hit me now!!!

Don't think you do mate. Fill in V5 at Post Office.

If you can get to one when it's actually open.
Not sure of exact opening hours of post offices.
Might be for 37 minutes during work hours every 14th lunar eclipse?

Oh dear feel a 'Post Office' rant coming on.

How the f£$% can a business exist.....................

And if you remember my response when asked to join said permission.
Any business that doesn't move with the market place and work in the real world should be culled.
And yes that defiantely includes London Underground.

Ah, well best get me a ticket to bangalore

Which one are you referring to Mark? Is it at the Shoulder of Mutton or the Black Horse?

The one at the shoulder I went to a week or so ago was dire due to poor turnout (football) so can't see them having one again so soon but could be wrong - Maybe the Black Horse is trying to start them up again - Their used to be brilliant- about 4 landlords ago!

Update- according to plasticpig it was last week. But if it`s a decent pub it might be worth a look anyway....

The meeting last week was on Wednesday at the Shoulder of Mutton and, as I said, was a bit of a non starter due to the footie.

Depends which pub you go to. There are 3 in Foxton.

The Shoulder of Mutton and Black Horse are not that close to the locks for easy access.

The best one for a get together is probably "The Locks". Nice enough pub but gets very busy if the weather is nice. There is a decking area outside overlooking the canal. Food not bad either.

Car park not that big BUT there is a nice wide private access road.

Let me know if you want to meet up if you're not sure where it is and I'll lead you in.

I think he means the basin, as in canal basin to see if his old (?) canal barge called Misty is still floating - I'm guessing here.

So are we to Foxton everyone?

ANYONE?

Hmm, suapect old 'Musty' may have gone now.
The bowl was looking rather neglected too last time i went there, about 6 weeks ago.
Not tried the new pub, (refurbished), yet and as always do like to investigate!

Will be 'Beer Van' be ready in time?
