Nothing here as usual. Amused listening to local radio this morning describing the snow as clearing later and heavy frost.
Nothing a 1.5 degrees.

London was much colder though, plenty of frosty cars at 8am.

Slightest skim of the white stuff outside.

Not even enough for the ET to declare a white out.

It was about minus a gazillion at 4am when the gf went to work. That was tough, staying in a warm bed whilst she got ready for work. laugh

Still thick frost outside, but 21 degrees in my office.

Just over the border into Leics ther was the thinnest of coverings of snow which was so fine that when I opened the car door the air movement sucked in the snow from the roof onto the driver's seat. irked

ETA - was -8 deg C this morning at 8.00am! Brrrrrrr!

Heated seats cloud9

I was working from home today and mega busy which was a shame cos it's definitely roof off bobble hat heater pointed at the feet kind of driving weather.

Well, you fans of the white stuff may get your way this weekend. Our emergency planning officer circulated a copy of the Met Office amber warning bulletin early this afternoon which indicates severe falls likely over midlands-eastern England tomorrow evening. Deep joy frown

Yay. Starting to settle on quieter roads of St James. Temp in car was zero so shouldn't just slush. Going to get up for sunrise so Lady Hayes can get some photographs and I get to pilot the Swift smile
