Cars around the Green - Evenley South Northants

Assuming my post rugby hangover isn't too bad I'm going to try and get out Sunday morning. Is the meet on?
Suspect so, there's normally people there from 9.30/10am onwardsI'm sure I saw your Aston drive around the green last month....you need to drive into the car park at the rear as that's where people tend to congregate.
Called in yesterday 11.30ish and passed 2 Porsches on their way home. Was I too late or did the regular meets finish last month? (I have just read the original post, saying "...until September.") Seemed like too nice a day to miss the excuse of getting the car out of storage for a run, although I underestimated the faff factor, batt charger, slow punctures, etc etc..
A group of us were there, parked in the car park round the back. Until about 1130 we were inside demolishing bacon butties, so maybe that's why it wasn't obvious if you drove past. I left at about 1145 and was one of the earlier ones to depart. We had the normal mix of cars there... TVRs, Porsches, a Beetle and a fast Fiat. No Caterhams / Westfields though, which is unusual.
Not sure there are any plans for next month? Squadron Leader normally rallies the troops the week before!

Hey up everyone,
Another year and hopefully a good summer is ahead of us. Time to start polishing up your pride and joy and get yourselves down to the Red Lion once again for the Sunday meets on the first Sunday of each month.
I will try to be there this coming Sunday (2nd March) although it might be tricky as I shall be at my daughter's 21st the night before.
I have since sold my Caterham but have just replaced it with something a bit special which I shall come to the pub in.
Cheers for now,
Phil
