Great news - I wonder if he'll score more freely now the milestone has been reached?

With 45 Wickets in only 6 tests at 13.60 will Philander be the next great line and length bowler replacing Glen McGrath as the best at his trade? I can't wait to see how he performs against the English in a few months time.

Just watched the end of an outstanding hundred from Pollard in the ODI against the crims.
102 from 70 balls - good hitting.

In fact Brett Lee just got mullered in his final over!! 1-6-W-6-4-6 Windies have come from nowhere to hit 145 runs in the final 12 overs!

I see this morning that Englands best batsman has smashed 103 of 64 balls in the IPL - in a very tough run chase with wickets tumbling around him 9 sixes !

So then chaps...Vernon the Philanderer, what are we going to do with him?
This bloody Bok team is looking a bit useful now and Prince is playing himself into form with Lancs aswell. That Bok attack of Steyn, Morkel, Vernan and Kallis is not half bad! Kallis has always been the back up man, but now with Vernon it means they have 4 that can operate all the time, 3 of which are strike bowlers. Thats a decent unit to have.

Should be a good contest, here's hoping that both teams play at their best without injuries. However - what a crying shame that the two best test sides in the world are restricted to a three test series. Bonkers.
Good to see Chanderpaul join the 10,000 club yesterday - unorthodoxy rules!

Thankfully all in vain!! Great game that was - thought Punjab were going to throw it away at the end.
Gayle's power is something else though - the six out of the ground was crazy!!

After 3 rained off matches ,I finally managed to get a game last night in the midweek team, very dark for the last few overs.
Didnt get a chance to swing my new bat though as our openers done so well.
